Ponca City has been very fortunate in having one of the outstanding Mayor’s in the State of Oklahoma, for the past 18 years. For the Mayor to serve 6, consecutive 3 year terms, is not an easy task.
 
We now have a proven, quality, candidate for this position, Kelsey Wagner, who is a current City Commissioner, and voted Vice Mayor by her peers. Kelsey has proven her ability as a leader in many organizations over the past several years, such as;
